With our great belief in a stable social security, under the vast shadow of culture and in the resplendence of knowledge and information, we have established BAVAR with the kindness of partners and the sympathy of friends, to assist those around the world who try to make a difference with their great capacity to understand existence, their sharp witted knowledge of human spirit and abilities,  revealing numinous and secret beauties captive in the world's materialist struggle.
 
 
In this  modern and post modern time where we live our existence, the human being - as the most productive, intelligent phenomenon, influencing his  destiny - flaunts his amazing achievements in culture, science and technology and under certain circumstances, has, to some extent, created tools for a comfortable life, but on the other hand, more than ever, he is stuck in poverty as a result of the socio-cultural economic inequalities,  abuse of the self-constructed tools, ethic issues and even war, because of his desire to dominate other humans.     
 
 
Our belief is that in fact, the human being, in his natural milieu and history – whether because of his individual or acquired abilities – was not successful in the cultural-ethical development of his  environment.
Since philosophizing - in its actual meaning - and thinking have been combined in the circle of Socrates’ pupils with his martyrdom for freedom, there have been more than a few thinkers who lost their lives around the world in their quest for freedom, justice and other rights of the community!
 
 Now, at the beginning of the third millennium, after centuries of evolution of, religious teachings,  social reforms,  philosophic experiences, and what the historic-o-political period has wrought, the civilized human is even more in dire need of culture and ethic.
 
One of the possible ways for individual and collective cultural exaltation, is to “make culture happen” and to “be culturally savvy”.
 
In this context, the role of organizations, institutions and associations which are active in these fields, is to reorganize the cultural structure of society by different means. From raising awareness,
supporting sustainable projects, serve as a catalyst for collective action for the betterment of culture to collaboration with other active organizations!
 
With these beliefs, views and aims, the cultural and scientific association BAVAR, without dependence  of any kind on political movements or parties, and with the belief of the founders in its manifest, is beginning its activities for the international development of culture and science.
